While it’s never been a hobby of mine to ruin perfectly good stories or plots before they actually happen, a wise man once told me that you should try everything at least once. So, that being said, strap yourselves in for a number of spoilers regarding some of the Marvel releases scheduled for 2008!

1.) New Avengers gets a new artist
Yu’s reign of terror is over starting with the New Avengers annual that’s going to be released in January. I knew if I waited long enough, he’d either get fired, die or just stop drawing for New Avengers. His successor? None other than Carlo Pagulayan.

2.) Tony Stark gets fired
Stark is removed as head of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nuff’ said.

3.) Thunderbolts #119
Prisoners being held in T-bolts mountain try and overrun the place which leads to a head on battle with the Thunderbolts. Arm biting, electrocutions and more unnecessary violence are sure to follow. *Drool*

4.) Carnage in Mighty Avengers
Carnage appears on the cover of Mighty Avengers #8. What does this mean? It means Sentry can fly him into space and rip him in half…AGAIN!

5.) Spider-Man…3 times, 3 times, 3 times!
Amazing Spider-Man is getting released three times in January alone with issues 549, 550 and 551 all being released within the same month. That’s almost more Spider-Man than I can handle…oh, wait. No, it’s not.
