In case you're new to the site or didn't gather from one of my many previous posts regarding this title, Thunderbolts is amazing. With Marvel unleashing the preview of issue #119, I'm even more stoked about the upcoming release. Nothing overly important is happening...aside from the possible complete and utter breakdown of the team from the inside out. That's all.

Venom strikes!

Swordsman, who hasn't exactly been acting like himself lately, is holding a stand-off in his room. As the soldiers prepare to take him down, Venom has his way with a number of them by ripping them to shreds and festively sporting their helmets on his head as trophies. All the while, Normal Osborn paces back and forth in his office trying desperately to figure out what he has to do to keep his team, along with anyone else in the base who isn't superpowered, alive.

It's not too late for you to jump on this series. We're less than 12 issues into the post-Civil War arc and things seem to be getting better and better as the issues move along. Warren Ellis' writing, as usual, is bang on and provides artist Mike Deodato with the perfect launch pad to show off his gritty violent artwork. Enough of my rambling, you need to go out right now and pick up the first volume of this title, Faith In Monsters, and see for yourself why Thunderbolts is arguably one of the best titles currently being released by Marvel.

Review - Thunderbolts #119
If you didn't know it was coming, you should have. Thunderbolts #119 came out last week and, much like I expected, was the highlight of my pull list. In my opinion, Ellis and Deodato can do no wrong when it...

Osborn Finally Loses It In Thunderbolts #120!

Review - Thunderbolts #118
I really don't know what to say to you if you haven't been reading Thunderbolts. Nothing fulfills my desire for senseless violence and unwarranted destruction better than Norman Osborn and his band of misfits. Issue 118 was no exception to...

Thunderbolts Greatest Hits
Early last week, news broke across the internet that current Thunderbolts writer Warren Ellis would be leaving the title as of issue #121. With that said, I feel like it's only appropriate to send Warren Ellis off Thunderbolts in style...

Okay you really did not sell me on the book. Just name dropping Warren Ellis really doesn’t do anything than make me cross to the other side of the street.

I picked up issue one and it really did not flip my boat. Why is Thunderbolts now so good as compared to the previous run?

I just think that the whole registration act has really given the team a purpose. It’s like they’ve finally found a direction for the team.

You factor in the fact that they all want to kill each other and you’ve got a book that is, in my opinion, much more interesting than any of the Avengers titles going right now.
