A Couple DC Tidbits
After DC’s “Women in DC” poster, Comics Worth Reading decided to hold a contest asking people to enter a poster of the men in DC. I’ve got to say that this is my favorite:

Drawn by J. Caleb Mozzocco, what I personally love about this one is that there are villains that not only are looking like they’re ready to take over the world with huge dinosaurs and a huge ray gun, but I love the penciled-in coloring! Reminds me of when I was younger and I would always waste my black pencil first from using it color the costumes I drew for my heroes, who strangely enough, looked a lot like sausage people.
Not only that, but “… writer Greg Rucka said that the long-rumored Batwoman comic is forthcoming.” Another good opportunity to discover a bit more about a character I know little to nothing about, which I know, is shameful to say. I’ve heard she’s a great character, and I’ve heard that the only reason why she’s known today is simply because she’s a lesbian. Which is shameful on DC’s part. No cookie for you!

Not into Batwoman? That’s cool; you can admire the promo poster. There’s someone about to shoot her, some kind of werewolf-human thing behind her that seems to love the smell of her hair, and even though she’s hit her toe into the table’s leg (you can see the pain in her face!), she still looks good to go.
