It’s time once again for Friday Night Fights! We’re once again tossing a classic round into the mix and bringing a lesson from the pages of Detective Comics! It’s always important to remember one thing about people:
Just because they might be smaller than you, doesn’t mean they can’t kick your ass…
…they might just get their henchman to do it for them.

It’s time once again for Friday Night Fights which, judging by the amount of times he’s appeared in this weekly event, will soon become Friday Night Ass-Kickings Featuring Black Adam! In only his third appearance in FNF, Black Adam teaches enemy soldiers that it’s important to keep your priorities straight and keep your mind focusing on what’s in front of you…
…so that it’s easier for him to fly up behind and rip you in half.

In this classic installment of Friday Night Fights, we see the value of friendship and sticking to your word. Spider-Man was given a very special message from Rabin’s previous victims that he tried to pass off as friends. They asked that Spider-Man deliver the most painful message possible…
…which Spidey promptly agreed to.

Bahlactus has spoken and tonight’s going to be a classic installment of Friday Night Fights! Fans of Booster Gold know that Rip Hunter is a pretty easy going guy if you get to know him. That is, of coarse, unless you talk about Bonnie…
…He doesn’t like that so much.
Once again, Friday Night Fights is delayed until next week. I blame myself for not understanding how dates and times work. We can work around the delays though and have a fight of our own, no? This week’s lesson comes from the pages of Thunderbolts as American Eagle shows us that nothing sets a man straight better than a boot to the head…
…and a shot to the jaw.
Also, while I have your attention, I’ll be taking next week off to recharge my atomic batteries and catch up on a number of comics I’ve been meaning to get through. Monday’s installment of the Awesome Arena will be posted at 9am sharp as usual but the rest of the week will be free of my updates. I’ll be coming back on the 21st for the next round of awesome action and the site should return to normal by then. In the meantime, Wendy’s in the driver’s seat.

With Bahlactus’ Friday Night Fights pushed a couple of weeks, it seemed only appropriate for us here at POA to take a breather for a week and catch our breath from a crazy, action-packed week.
…That was until Black Adam decided that he wanted to rock some faces and destroy a couple people. He then deemed a “breather”…
…somewhat unacceptable. Friday Night Fights returns to it’s regular time, channel and form next week. Until then, join our forums!

Friday Night Fights returns with a vengeance and also with another weekly lesson! This time, the Dark Knight shows us a couple of the things he knows about cosmetic surgery. He seems to think that good ol’ Hush here…
…is going to need a whole helluva lot more bandages on his face once he’s done with him.
